Refund and Returns Policy

Return/Exchange Eligibility:

• Products can be returned/exchanged within 3 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• Returns are only accepted in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
• Exchanges will be delivered within 7-8 business days or according to your delivery time.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Sarees or items with custom stitching or fall/pico work.
• Clearance/sale items unless damaged.
